The five regrets that come up most often are:
- having taken decisions based on what other people think,
- having worked too hard,
- not having expressed their feelings,
- not staying in touch with their friends,
- not letting themselves be happy.
Some decisions we make can have an impact on our whole life, and too often, unfortunately, we rely on misperceptions to make our decisions or we follow the prevailing circumstances. At the time, it is the easy way, but in the long run this helps to generate those regrets of a living.
So let’s no be a product of circumstances but a product of our decisions!
